Loved it. Great service. BYOB. Great food. It is a little loud but that doesn't bother me. Will go back.

After a crazy experience with my family on a busy night (Christmas Eve), I came back with a very large group of over 15 people for lunch. The previous review got me an email from the owner with an apology as well as an offer to make it right. We did not take them up on this offer but the gesture itself won me over. Lunch spanned pizza to the famed Money Bag pasta. Outside of my own kitchen and my mothers food, Patricia's is very authentic and damn near close to our family recipes. All of the 15 + dishes were fired perfectly and were all exactly as advertised with no complaints from everyone. I have really changed my tune with this spot and recommend it above all of the surrounding red sauce joints. This is down home Italian but elevated. Recommended

Took my mom here for her birthday; my husband dropped off a flower arrangement during the day for the occasion and the restaurant happily obliged. Service was absolutely amazing; friendly attentive staff. Food was very good. We shared the ricotta/spinach stuffed zucchini flower blossoms served over pea purée & honey which was delicious. I ordered shrimp scampi over linguine which was good & mom ordered the Alaskan salmon which she thoroughly enjoyed. We each took home a half portion. Ordered a few flatbreads-fig & 4 cheese- to take home to the family. The fig was a HUGE hit! I would give 5 stars but I can only give 4 for one reason & it's the same thing many people who had been here told me: it is SO loud inside (which usually doesn't bother me). The ambiance is very nice but bc of the high ceilings and openness, the restaurant could use panels hanging from the ceiling or something similar to buffer the sound. I will go back but probably earlier or even sit in one of the outside tables so that it's not so loud.

This place couldn't serve better Italian food. The clams orreganata were outstanding. The a stuffed artichoke made me salivate. The stuffed long hots might have been my favorite thing on the menu and too 3 of the dishes I've eaten in my entire life. Stop reading this review, just got to this place and eat everything. Also the wait staff was downright awesome, from the waitress, to the bidders, to the manager. Love this place, will definitely be back.

What a wonderful Mother's Day thanks to the staff (Jo, Bella & Jeff), the Ambiance and delicious food, from the appetizer fried calamari and the main entree steak and lobster were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Thank you for the great experience. If you haven't had the pleasure yet, I definitely recommend you visit.

Very nice new upbeat Restaurant in Toms River. Weekends are reservations only and they were very busy Friday night. Started with the Fried calamari served with two different sauces cooked perfectly and the Caesar salad really liked the dressing they should make the croutons not use packaged, for Entrees we had the Rigatoni with Vodka sauce one of the best I ever tasted, linguine with White Clam sauce excellent with clams cooked just right and a little spice with the calabrian chilis, and the eggplant tower (from the apps) was good but cut a little on the thick side. The service very attentive and professional. The disappointment was dessert; Italian cheesecake was served to me and it was frozen, the Tartufo typical of what a restaurant supply store sells, and fried Oreos which were ok. I highly recommend this Restaurant for everything except dessert and will be a regular customer.

Came here for lunch with a friend and was very satisfied with my meal. The flatbread was very good. The manager and waiter were both super friendly and kept checking in. The Restaurant is casual with a bit of class. Will definitely come back for a full dinner soon.
